OA cosmetics will not consciously or deliberately give you a product that is worn out or missing it’s authentic seal and at such, An item purchased can not be returned for a refund or exchange after order is confirmed and dispatched.
However, we are aware that delivery processes may sometimes cause a tear or slight damages, in cases as this, where item is Damaged beyond a state of “make do”, we request that you notify us within 24hours of receiving and get an exchange following our exchange policy.

EXCHANGE POLICY

if there is a need for an exchange of product (in cases where product damage occurs during the process of delivery), you will be granted an exchange of the same product purchased earlier, and in rare cases, where that product is out of stock, you will be asked to replace with another OA cosmetics product available that is of the same amount as whatever product you had purchased earlier from OA cosmetics.
